Port Wynnstay Hoppers

Many moons ago, I bought one of these kits and laid it down to mature. At this year’s 7mm NGA AGM & Convention, I bought two more and resolved to batch build them as a rake of three. Well, that actually happened, and I mostly followed the instructions.

Narrow Gauge Railway Modeller’s Online has a Classifieds section and, under For Sale, I saw a locomotive that really grabbed my attention. Usually, I’m not that taken with second-hand, half-finished projects but, I think you’ll agree, this is a bit different.
