Today we put the track mat and the track together on the boards for some quick testing. Okay, so we played a bit too!

Erik initially decided that he has enough sidings for the time being, as he was able to drive two trains at the same time. Unfortunately, the challenges of uncoupling tension lock couplings has also become immediately apparent.
However, during the later review session, a goods yard in the centre of the layout was agreed upon, with a goods shed. Expansion Packs D and F required then. That’s Christmas sorted!
